Right of Withdrawal
The term commonly used in Austria, "Rücktrittsrecht," corresponds to the term "right of withdrawal" used in Germany and in the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Both terms are used interchangeably below.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

with a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although it is not mandatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online via mavriste.com. If you use this option, we will send you, without undue delay, a confirmation of receipt (for example by email) on a durable medium, including the content of your withdrawal notice and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Please notify us by email first, before sending anything back. Email us at hello@mavriste.com to let us know you'd like to withdraw from the contract. We will then get in touch with you directly to confirm receipt of your notice and share the current return address and instructions — please wait for our reply before shipping the goods back, so your return reaches the right place. You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract (this deadline runs independently of when we reply to you).
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
