Terms & Conditions (AGB)
Last updated: September 22, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to orders, sales, and deliveries of products ("Products") offered and sold through this online shop ("Shop") at mavriste.com.
The contract language is German; an English translation is provided here for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the German version applies.
These Terms apply where the buyer is a consumer within the meaning of § 1 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) ("Customer").
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. The Terms in effect at the time of purchase apply to that sale.
To place an order, you may create a customer account, which requires certain information from you. You can also order without an account.
The ordering process consists of the following steps:
Products and prices shown in the Shop are an invitation for you to make a binding offer to purchase the Products ("Order"). By clicking the "Buy now" button, or an equivalent wording, you submit a binding order to us. Images and illustrations of Products are approximations only, unless explicitly stated as exact for a given product. Minor, reasonable changes are accepted by the Customer.
We will promptly send a confirmation to the email address you provided, confirming that your order has reached us ("Order Confirmation"). This Order Confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — it merely confirms receipt.
Acceptance takes place, depending on the payment method chosen, at different times and in different forms:
You must ensure that all information provided as part of an order — in particular the details required for shipping — is accurate, correct, and up to date. You must notify us promptly of any changes to this information.
We will send you an electronic invoice after the contract is concluded. By ordering, you consent to receiving an electronic invoice.
All listed prices are in Euro, inclusive of VAT but exclusive of shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown to you before you submit your order.
Payment in the Shop can be made via the following methods: credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, Google Pay.
Shipping costs depend on the order and are shown to you before you place your order as well as in the Order Confirmation.
The shipping methods listed by us in the Shop are available to you.
Delivery dates we provide are based on information from the shipping provider we use. Unless a different delivery date is stated for a given product, delivery takes place within a maximum of 30 days from conclusion of the contract.
If a delivery date is missed due to force majeure, industrial action, or other events outside our reasonable control, the delivery date is extended appropriately for the duration of the obstacle. We will inform you of the start and end of such circumstances as soon as reasonably possible; failure to do so does not give rise to any claims on your part.
If you fall into default of acceptance of the Products, the statutory warranty period for our performance begins to run.
We retain ownership of the Products until the purchase price and any ancillary costs (in particular shipping costs) have been paid in full.
If we fall into default with our performance, you must first request, in writing, that we perform within a reasonable grace period of two weeks. If we fail to perform within this period, you may withdraw from the contract or continue to demand performance.
Mavristé provides warranty in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions. For complaints, please contact hello@mavriste.com.
We may request that you, where reasonably practicable, send us the defective Products, in which case we bear the risk of transport as well as the cost of return shipping. We ask you to report any obvious transport damage to the delivery carrier and to inform us accordingly. Failing to do so has no effect on your statutory warranty rights.
Our liability for damages caused by slight negligence is excluded, except for personal injury and breaches of essential contractual obligations. Liability is further excluded for pure financial loss, loss of profit, third-party damages, indirect damages, and consequential damages arising from a defect. The liability limitations and exclusions in this Section 11 do not apply where we have acted with gross negligence or intent.
Unless already applicable due to the Shop's focus on Austria, Austrian law exclusively applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent it does not deprive you of protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
You may only set off claims against our claims if your claims are legally connected to ours, have been acknowledged by us, or have been judicially established.
You are required to inform us of any change of address. If you fail to do so, a declaration sent by us to your last known address is still considered to have been received by you.
For information about your right of withdrawal, see our Right of Withdrawal page. Our full company details are available on our Imprint page.
